Returns
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
