Delivery Time
Please allow approximately 9–14 days for your order to arrive after it has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your shipment, your tracking details will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
